Seeking therapy is a brave step and it takes a lot of courage to begin the journey of self awareness. We aim to provide a safe, warm, empathic and confidential service to all our clients to support you through the difficult times. We offer long term and short term therapy with a special interest in addictions and personal development work.

Maggie has also worked as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner in the NHS offering a range of psychological interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to people experiencing symptoms of depression, stress and anxiety.
Maggie uses an integrative approach in her practice and uses different models and techniques to suit the individual.
Joy is a working mom and has worked in many different settings – NHS Mental Health, primary care (GP surgery) a Bereavement agency and in private practice, which means she has experience in working with a wide range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, low self-esteem, self-harm, suicide, bereavement, relationship problems, work related stress etc.
Joy is continuing to develop her private practice as well as offering counselling and psychological wellbeing interventions.
We support employment assisted programmes and offer stress management workshops either one to one or to suit your organisation.
