Bereavement - If you have experienced the death of someone who was very important to you, you may be finding it very difficult to adjust to the immense changes happening in your life right now. Grief can shake everything up - your beliefs, your personality, and even your sense of reality.
Our bereavement course will help you to understand more fully those difficult emotions that you may be experiencing and that grieving is a normal process that we go through to be able to readjust to life without our loved ones.
Confidence and Self Esteem - Working to improve your confidence and self-esteem takes time and effort. It requires courage and honesty to confront the things in yourself you don’t like but long-term it is a worthwhile task which will help you to feel better about yourself and your relationships.
Stress Awareness - Modern living is increasingly stressful for all of us. Being able to understand and recognise how we deal with stress can help us to cope better in daily life and in our relationships. Our stress awareness course will help you to understand common mistakes we can make in coping with stress and how to deal with stress effectively by using widely recognised and evidence based techniques that work.
